These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of Anchorline Clinical, an ASWB Clinical (LCSW) exam-preparation product operated by SmartestDesk (Richard Glenn Clark, d/b/a SmartestDesk). By purchasing or using the materials, you agree to these terms.
Anchorline Clinical provides original exam-preparation materials — a timed practice examination and a study manual. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own exam preparation, for the access period described in our Access & Refund Policy (60 days for the Practice Exam or Study Manual purchased separately; 90 days for the Complete Bundle).
All content — including every question, answer rationale, citation, the study manual, the cover and section art, the interface, and the names and marks "Anchorline Clinical," "Anchored to Pass," and "SmartestDesk" — is owned by SmartestDesk and protected by copyright and trademark law. No ownership transfers to you. The marks are trademarks of SmartestDesk; nothing here grants you a right to use them.
Access is for a single individual. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be pursued under applicable law.
Anchorline Clinical is a study aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass the ASWB Clinical examination or any other exam. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own preparation and the official examination itself.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge for the tier you select. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are one-time charges for the access period stated.
The materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartestDesk and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or opportunity, arising from your use of the materials. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We may update the materials to keep them current with the examination blueprint, and we may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
